Wellness 8 Course Syllabus 2018-2019

September/October/November -We will begin reviewing for our Fitness Gram CT state physical fitness assessments. We will finish up our pretests and will begin setting goals to work towards for our post-tests at the end of October. We will also review our fitness components as they relate to the fitness tests to understand how and what we are exercising.


PACER Test - Measures our Cardio-Respiratory Endurance
Curl-Up Test - Measure our Muscular Strength and Endurance of our Core
Push-Up Test - Measure our Muscular Strength and Endurance of our Upper Body
Sit and Reach Test - Measures our Flexibility
